Every new account starts on a full Professional plan trial for 14 days. No
credit card is required. At the end of the trial, your account stays but access to Professional
features is restricted until you subscribe to a plan.
Prosenx sends email alerts to the document owner and organisation admin at
configurable intervals before a document expires - 30, 14, 7, 3, and 1 day before. Individual team
members can also be toggled on to receive alerts. You set the reminder schedule once for your whole
organisation.
When you upload a renewed document, Prosenx preserves the previous version and
links the new one to the same record. The full renewal chain stays on record - V1, V2, V3 - and is
viewable at any time. Nothing is overwritten or deleted.
Yes. You can export your full document register to an Excel spreadsheet at any
time. You can also export a compliance status report showing active, expiring, and expired
documents - useful for management reporting or preparing for a regulatory visit.
Documents are stored in encrypted cloud storage. Access is controlled by
role-based permissions and each organisation's data is fully isolated - no other organisation can
access your documents.
